Shootas, Blood and Teef draws on the rich tapestry of the Warhammer 40k Universe.

There have been many, various FPS, Turn-Based games and my personal favourite the dungeon crawler Inquisitor.

On paper it’s a match made in heaven.

The opportunity to step into the heavy boots of Space Orks, crack some bad Dad jokes and blow shit up, will float many boats.

Necromunda: Hired Gun Review (XSX)

Necromunda: Hired Gun is a fast paced shooter based in the Warhammer 40,000 universe.

Why I have never been pulled into the Warhammer universe is beyond me. It is as cool as hell, and ticks pretty much every box for my likes in a world setting. The plethora of Warhammer games out there, including the recent Mechanicus, just shows the sheer amount of material available of conversion to video games.

Developers Streum On Studio obviously have a love for Warhammer as their last title was Space Hulk: Deathwing. Unfortunately many of the criticisms laid against Space Hulk will be just as valid for Necromunda. But there is a dog. And you can pat it!

Warhammer 40,000 Mechanicus, PS4 Review

Warhammer 40,000 Mechanicus will be familiar to die-hard Games Workshop fans, the average gamer, perhaps not so much. Drawing on the very deep and very wide canon of Warhammer 40k, this game adds to a varied pedigree of stablemates.

Considering the complexity the Warhammer family its a shame that the digital versions of these tabletop adventures often fall flat.

It’s fair to say, that first couple of hours of doubt were soon demolished as I understood the systems on offer and gripped the gameplay.
