ESO: Gold Road – Byte Size Review

Welcome to the 2024 addition to Bethesda’s epic Elder Scrolls Online. ESO continues to be a game I return to on a regular basis.

A solid, grindy, MMORPG. I have covered a plethora of these add-on releases for the the base game, ESO: Tamriel Unlimited since 2015. I can’t help but feel that if you haven’t got into ESO by now then you probably never will.

Byte Size – ESO Greymoor Review (Xbox One)

ESO Greymoor heads to Skyrim. A land held in high regard by adventurers world wide. A cold, bleak, and formidable landscape that only the strongest are willing to explore.

This is Western Skyrim, home of the Nords, a 1000 years before the events of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

Five years since The Elder Scrolls Online was released and following the annual major updates of Morrowind, Summerset, and Elsweyr comes Greymoor.

The fourth ‘chapter’ release for the venerable ESO. With plenty of DLC and updates between each of these  major releases it is astounding how much content is now included in ESO.

Byte Size – ESO Elsweyr Review (Xbox One X)

OK, so firstly I must apologise for the delay in getting this review done. I have only just been able to consistently log in to the ESO servers in this last week. Now every time a new DLC is released for ESO there is a spike in users and some problems are expected but typically you get in within a few attempts. Not this time.

Welcome to the land of the Khajiiti, cat-like desert dwellers, famed for their prowess in the mercantile arts. Elsweyr is a diverse land of grasslands and canyons. Unfortunately the growing of Moon Sugar has been rudely interrupted by the return of dragons to the area.
