Everspace 2 Review (PS5)
No the title isn’t a typo. Tusock is now on PS5. And loving all the PlayStation exclusives I have never played.
Anywho, Everspace 2 is the reason we are here.

Read MoreRedfall, Massachusetts. A lovely island town with great amenities and plenty for locals and tourists alike.
Unfortunately a legion of vampires have also taken a fancy to Redfall as well. Isolating the community and blocking out the sun, our resident fang-faces are having their way with the human population.
Time for a hero, or four, to step up.
Read MoreBeing completely oblivious to this latest Mojang Studios release, my initial thought was of Minecraft Dungeons and how I had enjoyed that.
I entered the Legends realm with quite a positive outlook. Bring on the Piglins!
Thanks to Microsoft/Xbox for providing a copy of Minecraft Legends to me for review. I really do appreciate it.
Read MoreHave to say, I am digging these RE:makes.
Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3 both had me enjoying my time in front of the TV. Especially as I never really got into them back in the day when first released.
Resident Evil 4 on the other hand was my first real foray into the world of Resident Evil.
Read MoreAhhhh, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. A Souls-like game, the genre I absolutely love to hate.
I have them all, Dark Souls to Sekiro, Mortal Shell to The Surge, Remnant to Elden Ring. I love the style and design elements involved in this genre of game.
The problem being is I always struggle with them.
Read MoreRight off the bat Wanted: Dead from Soleil Game Studios had my attention. The one reason was two words. Single Player. No online, no multiplayer, no invasions.
Wanted: Dead rings back to the likes of Shadow Warrior and Serious Sam where there is plenty of fun to be had without getting too serious (sorry Sam). Wanted: Dead also also manages to include some little mini games and collectables on the side.
It is a nice well rounded title with good presentation.
Read MoreDeliver Us Mars has come out of the blue for me. I had no idea of its existence and have to say the same about its prequel, Deliver Us The Moon.
But now after playing Deliver Us Mars, I have an interest in going back to investigate the prequel.
Read MoreSomerville, the debut release from Jumpship. A new independent studio out of Surrey in the UK co-founded by Dino Patti of Playdead (Limbo and Inside) fame.
And this history is very evident within Somerville. Is it to the same calibre of Inside and Limbo? Not quite, but there is still enjoyment to be had here.
Although I have already mentioned Limbo and Inside as comparisons for Somerville, I think the best way to describe it is Cloverfield meets Another World.
Read MoreA Plague Tale: Innocence was a bit of a sleeper hit. Well, to be honest it was down right over looked by many.
Asobo Studio came up with an absolutely stellar piece of gaming in both the story telling and execution departments. The sister and brother duo of Amicia and Hugo de Rune were really put through the ringer in their first trial set in 14th century France.
What with the Hundred Years’ War, Hugo’s illness, and all those rats…
Read MoreWho doesn’t like LEGO? I have always been a bit of a AFOL, Adult Fan Of Lego if you were wondering.
Whether it is physical LEGO or LEGO games I have been keen. In recent years LEGO games have been more diverse than the classic movie tie-ins we all love.
Read MoreWelcome to the Holy Kingdom of Keidas. A Kingdom under siege from beyond the Veil by Wraiths, evil creatures with the ability to corrupt and possess the bodies of their victims.
It is up to you to control the sisters, Briar and Lute, on a quest as newly anointed Chimera to stop this invasion. With Briar as the muscle and Lutes sacrifice to bond her to Briar as a Shade, a ghostly visage with immense mystical powers, you enter the city of Ilden to save humankind.
Good Luck.
