Minecraft Legends Byte Size Review (XSX)

Being completely oblivious to this latest Mojang Studios release, my initial thought was of Minecraft Dungeons  and how I had enjoyed that.

I entered the Legends realm with quite a positive outlook. Bring on the Piglins!

Thanks to Microsoft/Xbox for providing a copy of Minecraft Legends to me for review. I really do appreciate it.

Everspace 2 (PC) review

At its heart, Everspace 2 is an arcade shooter – and I’m perfectly fine with that.

Originally funded by a crowd-funding campaign, Everspace 2 has just come out of a two year early access phase.

It describes itself as “a fast-paced single-player space shooter with deep exploration, tons of loot and classic RPG elements.” Well, it’s all of those things wrapped up in a space faring package that will scratch that space combat itch that’s been bugging you for so long.

I’m smitten with this indie gem.

Wanted: Dead Review (XSX)

Right off the bat Wanted: Dead from Soleil Game Studios had my attention. The one reason was two words. Single Player. No online, no multiplayer, no invasions.

Wanted: Dead rings back to the likes of Shadow Warrior and  Serious Sam where there is plenty of fun to be had without getting too serious (sorry Sam). Wanted: Dead also also manages to include some little mini games and collectables on the side.

It is a nice well rounded title with good presentation.
